Final Days International ("we," "us," or "our") is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our websites (including finaldays.org, finaldays.store, and any other domains or services we may operate or have previously operated), make purchases, sign up for communications, donate, or interact with us through other channels such as mail or phone. 1.  Interpretation and Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for you to access certain features of our Service.

  • Purchase ministry materials (books, media, DVDs, etc.).  

  • Sign up to receive newsletters (physical or electronic).  

  • Sign up to receive SMS/MMS notifications.  

  • Donate to our ministry.  

  • Contact us via phone, email, or mail.

  • The types of information we may collect include: 

  • Personal Identifiers: Name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.  

  • Payment Information: Credit card details or other financial data necessary to process your donations or purchases (this is typically handled by a secure third-party payment processor).  

  • Communication Preferences: Your choices regarding receiving newsletters and SMS/MMS alerts.


We also automatically collect certain information when you visit our website:

5. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in to our SMS/MMS program, you agree to receive autodialed and prerecorded marketing mobile messages from or on behalf of Final Days International at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. These messages are primarily intended to notify you when new video content is released.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time.
 

  • To Opt Out: Text "STOP" to the number from which you receive the messages. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation message. 

  • For Help: Text "HELP" to the number from which you receive the messages, or contact us directly at 1-918-418-2222. 

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service carrier's pricing plan.


6. Sharing Your Information

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information only in the following limited situations:  
 

  • Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website, processing payments, printing and mailing newsletters, or managing our SMS/MMS distribution. These parties are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and secure.  

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that process.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
